There are so many choices available for so many services, but among the most important things I look for when choosing a business or individual to work with, other than their expertise, is honesty and authenticity. That goes a long way with me! I could feel from my first interaction with Colten that he fit this criteria. He was quick to get in touch with me initially, determine my specific needs, and schedule an appointment. The day before our appointment, I left a message with his answering service regarding a concern I had, and within minutes, Colten returned my call to address and resolve my concern. When he arrived, he was professional, courteous and thorough. He explained the process and discussed what to expect. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely refer others to Firehouse Pest Control. I am glad to have found them for future services. Additionally, I appreciate that they give back by contributing a percentage of their proceeds to worthy organizations. Highly recommend!
